Hope you had a great Christmas and a few chilly rides!  The Temple UMME gang exchanged our December ride for a Christmas party and eggnog!  Last year's gift exchange included a couple hot "HD" items that were stolen multiple times.  So this year, there were 6 HD items and wouldn't you know it, the mugs were drawn by the Burch's, who don't ride HDs at all...  The beannies were the big hit, stolen the max times and ended up with the original gifters!  Kenny had the last draw and took the lightest gift in the pile (which many passed over), and ended up with a nice HD ice chest  which he also brought).  It was a crazy night. We had a blast, elected new officers and set our ride schedule for 2011.  I posted our first quarter rides on the UMME calendar, along with our Turkey Run in October.  We're also tackling an overnight trip to Koyote Ranch and the 3 sisters ride route the first weekend of April.  We'd love for any other chapters to join us if interested.

We had a fantastic ride on the 3 Sisters route this past weekend.  The weather, fellowship, safe ride, and great food made it a fun time for all.  We've decided to make this an annual event the first weekend of April every year.
